Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of recalavibe.co.nz and the purchase of any services offered by Tabetha Dowson trading as Recalavibe, Auckland, New Zealand.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in NZD.  By completing checkout you enter into a binding agreement under these terms.

Recalavibe Service

Recalavibe offers intuitive life coaching, channelled messages, remote healing sessions and related digital services. All services are designed for adults aged 18 and over and are delivered digitally.

Services currently offered include:

  • Channelled Messages

  • Remote Healing Sessions

  • Intuitive Life Coaching Sessions

  • Relationship Elevation Programme

  • Core Reset Programme

  • Quantum Connection Events

  • Recalavibe Reconnected

  • Monthly Memberships

Channelled messages and digital content will be delivered within 5 business days of payment being received, via a private, unlisted YouTube link sent to your registered email address.  Future content will be accessible via a member portal (details to be advised).  Tabetha will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes but reserves the right to extend this where necessary, and will communicate any delays.

Once a video link or digital content has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds apply.

These services may extend or change at any time.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds - please choose carefully before completing your purchase. Due to the personal and intuitive nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued once payment has been received.  

Session Termination

Tabetha reserves the right to terminate any call or session immediately in the event of abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour by the client. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Tabetha is committed to holding a safe, respectful, and supportive space for all clients. This policy exists to protect both parties and uphold the integrity of the work.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and rescheduling of coaching sessions can usually be accommodated at Tabetha's discretion. Please be mindful that Tabetha is already working with you energetically before each session, so your respect for this process is appreciated.

Tabetha lives with a chronic lung condition and on occasion may experience a chest infection that requires her to reschedule. In these instances, Tabetha will rearrange sessions in a timely manner to ensure the best possible outcome for you - pushing through does not serve the client.

Rescheduling requests should be made by contacting Tabetha directly at tabetha@recalavibe.com as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Tabetha Dowson - including channelled messages, coaching materials, videos, audio recordings, transcripts, programme content, and written materials - remains the sole intellectual property of Tabetha Dowson / Recalavibe.

Private YouTube links and any portal content shared with clients are for the sole personal use of the purchasing client only. Clients must not share, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any content in any form without prior written permission from Tabetha Dowson.

Digital Tech & Delivery

All Recalavibe services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products or shipping.

Channelled messages are delivered as a private, unlisted YouTube video link sent to your registered email address within 5 business days of payment being received.

Session transcripts may be generated using Otter.ai and shared with the client either via the portal or with the channelled message.

YouTube links are private, unlisted, and for the sole use of the purchasing client. They are non-transferable and must not be shared.

Future content and programme materials will be delivered via a member portal (details to be advised when launched).

Email Marketing

When you purchase a programme or service from Recalavibe, you may be added to Tabetha's email list via Flodesk to receive relevant updates, coaching content, and programme information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your purchase (such as delivery of your content) are not affected by unsubscribing.

Your email address will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We collect personal information including your name, email address, location, and billing or purchase information in order to communicate effectively with clients and deliver services.

Payment details are processed directly by Stripe - Recalavibe does not store your card information. Your personal information is stored securely within Recalavibe and is only accessible by Tabetha and her team.    You will always be notified of any changes with regards to access to your personal information. 

Your data may be processed by trusted third-party platforms including Stripe (payment processing), Rocketspark (website hosting), Flodesk (email marketing), YouTube/Google (private video delivery), and Otter.ai (session transcription). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Client records are retained for up to 3 years for business purposes, then securely deleted.
